Many women experiencing depression struggle with self criticism or a sense that they have lost touch with themselves. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore what you're experiencing and gain insight into underlying patterns. Therapy is a place to help you begin moving towards greater connection, hope and emotional well being.

Together, We will explore the experiences, beliefs and patterns that may be contributing to feelings of depression and disconnection. We will identify practical ways to support your emotional well being and strengthen self compassion. Part of this work is helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost beneath the weight of stress, sadness or life's challenges.
Depending on your unique needs and goals, I may draw from evidence based approaches including CBT, mindfulness techniques, attachment focus work, psychodynamic therapy and parts work to Support healing and lasting growth.
