Overtime, chronic stress and anxiety can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and disconnected from yourself. Many women feel like they are stuck in a cycle of self doubt and overwhelm.

Depending on your unique needs and goals, I may draw from evidence based approaches including CBT, mindfulness techniques, attachment focus work, psychodynamic therapy and parts work to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions.
